〈人生轉機，從覺察你的抓周習慣開始〉──以網路頁海（業海）為例

　　當代社會中，網路似乎成了人們生活不可或缺的一環。很久以前，一位師父輕描淡寫地提醒我：「電腦可以害人，也可以助人。」現今回想起來，他所指的應該是網路，並且指向電腦與手機。我們多數人對於網路生活的「『警』慎度」是不足的，很容易便迷失於眾多訊息當中。我們經常瀏覽的訊息，其實隱藏我們的欲望與習氣，而這些正是左右我們人生幸福與否的關鍵之一。

　　其實不單只是網路，所有我們習慣「連結」的各個接點，都組合成左右我們此生乃至未來世的影響因子。這些接點有哪些，如上述所說的網頁，此外還有：思考模式、談話主題、喜好的飲食……，這裡用現代人們最習慣接觸的網路來探討。

　　什麼是網路？這裡要談的是電腦網路，這與第一章提到的「全星際網路」不同。全星際網路指的是所有星球，而本章所要談的網路是指：電腦或手機等所連結的網路。網頁，是人們內在欲望習慣連結之所趨。什麼意思？就是說我們的欲望以及習氣，會使得我們經常性地連結到特定的網頁（接點），而這有點類似「抓周」的概念。

（一）何謂「抓周模式」？

早期人們會在嬰兒滿周歲時，準備一些物品，讓小嬰兒去拿取，藉此看他的個性及未來發展。因為是在嬰兒周歲時進行，所以稱作「抓周」。《紅樓夢》中，賈寶玉也進行了抓周，他抓到釵子、脂粉盒等女孩用物，讓他的父親賈政大為不悅；台灣電影《陣頭》裡頭也有關於抓周的片段。這種判斷方式，並非毫無道理，但是它的問題點在於「抓周並不是一次性的」。換句話說，我們生活當中的每一次選擇，都可視之為一種「抓周」，而人們在選擇時，往往具有特定的習慣，在此稱它作「抓周模式」。

實際上，小嬰兒一次性質的抓周，是無法決定他／她整個人生的，只能作為一種參考。

而這種生活中的「抓周模式」才是決定人生走向的關鍵。

近年來AI的議題流行著，我可能也要了解一下。

但是，ChatGPT也好像火了起來，人們似乎被引導向要去使用它們一般。

感覺，還是有點兒奇怪。

我們人類從詢問google，到詢問ChatGPT

可是，讓我好奇的是——究竟有什麼是google或ChatGPT……不能取代我們的？

我想，大概是「活著」這件事吧。

google或ChatGPT等，網路佔據了多數地球人的生活，影響多數人的生活，可是，這些網路工具，卻沒有辦法幫我們活著。

那些不會使用網路的鄉下老嫗、老翁，網路對他們而言，是另一個世界。
什麼是google或ChatGPT？對他們而言，那可能是另一個世界又另一個世界。

但他們也活著，活得有他們的節奏和規律。

「阿凡達2  VS  道德經：上善若水，水之道」（４）：上善若水之道

蠻有意思的，阿凡達２這次選擇了The Way of Water作為片名，中文譯作「水之道」。

當時，我便突發奇想，把「水之道」連結到《道德經》的「上善若水之道」。前面用了三章的篇幅，討論了一些阿凡達２當中的相關議題，有興趣的讀者請點回先前的文章觀看。而，這篇終於談到「上善若水之道」了。

阿凡達２，把主要場域由第一集的森林，拉到了海洋，故事起源於傑克一家人想遠離敵人的追擊。他們來到了礁人族的部落，開始學習與海洋共處。

然而，就著「上善若水之道」這個主題來述說。究竟什麼是「水之道」呢？傑克一家人，在與海洋共處的過程中，學習到了什麼？又或著，「水之道」這個詞本身，要傳遞什麼概念給我們呢？

在老子道德經中說到：「水之善利萬物而不爭」

第66章則談到：

江海所以能為百谷王者，以其善下之，故能為百谷王。
是以聖人欲上民，必以言下之；欲先民，必以身後之。
是以聖人處上而民不重，處前而民不害。
